A/Prof Zachary Knight
Zachary Knight is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physiology at UCSF and an Investigator of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. His lab investigates the neurobiology of homeostasis, including especially the mechanisms that govern hunger, thirst, and body temperature. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Princeton University, his Ph.D. in Chemistry from UCSF, and performed postdoctoral training in physiology at Rockefeller University.
