The conference will secure a range of accommodation options for delegates at a discounted conference delegate rate. Accommodation bookings will open in 2017. As Adelaide accommodation runs at a high occupancy rate year round we strongly suggest booking early to save missing out or high accommodation rates.
Check-in times: Rooms are not guaranteed available until 2:00 pm on the day of check-in, though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel itself. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.
CONFIRMATION: Once you have booked and paid for your accommodation in full via your online Currinda profile you will receive a registration confirmation which shows your accommodation booking summary - this is your accommodation confirmation.
The reservation will be under your surname (family name), this is all the information you need upon check in.
Cancellations: Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made within 30 days of arrival. Rooms cancelled within 30 days of the conference will generally be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the secretariat if you wish to cancel your stay and would like to know the cancellation policy.
Security deposit upon check in: Credit card details will be requested from all guests on arrival. The deposit is to cover any miscellaneous charges.
